Central Football is thrilled to announce Angela Hunter as our first Valuable Volunteer for 2024!

Angela has been a key member in the success of Haumoana Football Club, dedicating her time and energy to various roles over the past three years. From serving on committees to being the treasurer and now the Club Administrator, Angela has truly been a driving force behind the scenes. You can even catch her coaching a couple of junior teams out on the field!

Angela discovered her love for football as an adult and has been actively involved in the sport ever since. In addition to her administrative roles, Angela has trained as a club-based referee, spent a season officiating games and is the current Manager for the Westshore Beach Inn Eskview Development Women’s team.

Her passion for football led her to be selected for the Central Football Women in Football program, where she joined 24 other females from across the Federation for three days of learning and networking.

Angela's dedication to football in Hawke’s Bay is truly commendable, and we are grateful for all that she does for the sport. Congratulations, Angela!
