Shadow Solutions Taradale AFC got off to the perfect start when they took on Excel Refrigeration Moturoa AFC. Samanatha Waru put the home team ahead after 9 minutes before Nidar Mao Bun double the lead in the 23rd minute. Waru then netted her second to give Taradale a 3 goal lead at the break. The second half saw neither team able to find the back of the net and Taradale took the game 3-0.

Taranaki Championship 2025

A goal inside the first minute to John Hight saw BTW NP Rangers Oddbodz off to the perfect start when they took on NPBHS 2nd XI. The lead was then doubled inside 6minutes  when Joshua Barrett found the back of the net. A second goal to Hight in the 24th minute saw it 3 nil to the Oddbodz and half time. The Second half saw Hight completed his hattrick when he scored to make it 4 nil. NPBHS then rallied back first through a goal to Oliver Davidson in the 66th minute before an own goal in the 82nd minute saw the score brought back to 4-2.
